- Richtte de internationele ISCRAM Community (http://www.iscram.org) op, die bijeenkomsten, tracks, internationale workshops, conferenties en een PhD Summer School heeft georganiseerd in dit gebied van Europa, de VS en China.
Redactionele activiteiten:
- Senior editor van het bestuur van de Journal of Information Technology Theory and Applications (JITTA)
- Lid van de Editorial Board van de the Journal of Homeland Security en Emergency Management,International Journal of Service Sciences.
